Last Friday, 10 April, we celebrated the completion and handover of the Thagaste residential care complex in Heemstede.
Kloek Wonen met Zorg received the keys to this sustainable development from Gaudium Real Estate | healthcare real estate and Tervoort Egmond. The new complex is located in a unique setting on the Mariënheuvel Estate and accommodates 66 care units for seniors with intensive care needs, including dementia care. Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors’ Dutch Institutional Healthcare Fund has acquired the complex as an investment.
With Thagaste, we are jointly contributing to an urgent societal challenge: providing suitable housing for the growing number of elderly people in need of care. At the same time, this project aligns with our ambition to develop sustainable and future-proof healthcare real estate concepts.
