Last Friday, April 10, the festive handover of the Thagaste residential care complex in Heemstede took place.
Kloek Wonen met Zorg received the keys to this sustainable development from Gaudium Real Estate | healthcare real estate and Tervoort Egmond. The new complex is located in a unique setting on the Mariënheuvel estate and offers space for 66 care units aimed at seniors with intensive care needs, including dementia care. Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors Dutch Institutional Healthcare Fund has acquired the complex as an investment.
